Four steps from form to doorstep
The form on each product page asks for a name and a mobile number. There is no account to open, no card and no payment on the page.
Step by step
On the product page, type the name and the mobile number and press the order button.
An advisor calls from a local number, usually the same day, and goes over the product, the total price and the address with you.
The parcel leaves only after that call. If the advisor cannot reach you, nothing is sent.
You hand the courier the money in cash when the parcel is in your hands.
A mistake in the form
Say so during the call: the advisor corrects the quantity, the address or the product before sending. The order can also be cancelled at that point.
Questions people ask
Is anything charged when I order?
No. The page takes no payment; money changes hands only when the parcel arrives.
Can I give the number of a relative?
Yes. Pick their country code in the form and the advisor will call that number.
